Announcing a new Outlook synchronization feature that is available to you called Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook.
Google Apps Sync is designed to sync all your email messages, calendar events, and contacts in Outlook seamlessly with your Google Apps account in the cloud (on the Internet), allowing you to access the same information at any time, from either interface. This means if you read, delete or move a message in Outlook, it will be reflected in your online PruPref.com GMAIL account, and vice-versa.
In order to install Google Apps Sync for Outlook, you must first verify that your system meets the minimum requirements from a software perspective (listed at the bottom of this email). Once you have updated your computer with the proper software updates, you can begin the process for Downloading and Installing Google Apps Sync below.
Downloading and Installing Google Apps Sync for MS Outlook:
- Go to the Google Apps Sync download page and click on the blue button in the upper right that reads “Download Google Apps Sync”
- Once the installer has completed and you are prompted, enter your full username@gmail.prupref.com email address and your password, and click “Sign In”
